WordPress Codex has extensive documentation on the different template tags available for use in themes, but having a cheatsheet of all the available template tags can definitely come in handy. Ekin Ertac has created a really useful WordPress Cheatsheet that lists out all the available template tags and their purpose, along with listing several other useful information for creating or modifying themes. The cheatsheet is available for download in PDF format.
