AdSense+YPN is illegal:Why famous blog network did it?
As far as I’m concern, we cannot run a website or blog with AdSense+YPN in it. Both of it are contextual ads so according to Google, it is illegal to do as such. This morning, I stumbled upon on blog owned by a quite famous blog network. Guess what I saw, the blog is running AdSense and YPN in one blog, to make it worse, in one same page. Please look at the screenshot below:
Didn’y they know its illegal? I am not surprise if the blog is owned by someone or a personal blog which maybe the owner still new in AdSense and blogging but the blog is owned by a famous blog network! What’s their reason?What Google will do for this case? Or is Google give permission to mix AdSense+YPN for a big blog network?If Google does, I don’t see this kind of practice in other blog network such as Weblogs Inc. or b5Media.

Any updates on how they are able to have both networks on the same page? I’ve read Google’s TOS and I can’t see how it’s done. Thanks.
