Make money with blog
In my previous post types og blogs, i stated 4 types of blogs. Each one of the blogs has its own ability to be money making tool. What i mean its not the blog that can give you money but how good you are in applying some of internet programs or what we call webmaster programs for you to earn money. Its such a heaven doing something you like (blogging) and you get something in return. At least, its enough to pay your hosting service fee. Me myself want to earn money from this blog. I’m not saying that i can be like Darren from Problogger or any skillful blogger out there but i have target at least my blogging hobby can help me to pay my hosting fee and give me some money to pay the bills. (Blogging required me to pay the broadband and the electrical bills though..). I am not an experienced blogger yet like Darren, i still have my own job and doing this on my free time. I will share with you how to start and what programs to join or what can you make in your blog to help you earning some money.
Google AdSense
This is the most famous of online money making. For me, every webmaster will join and put this in their site. If you are an experience blogger, you not need to read this as by now you already have you wallet full of money from this program. The program is free, and combines pay-per-click and pay-per-impression advertising - meaning you get paid for valid clicks on the ads on your site or search results pages as well as impressions on your content pages. Long time ago, i never believe in pay per click program, because for me “no pain,no gain”. Plus, all the program’s website doesn’t look formal at all. They just look like a temporary website which opened by someone who want traffic flows in. After a while, i heard about this program. I cannot make myself not to believe because this time GOOGLE made the program. A big company like Google wont be like all those programs that i dont want to believe before.
This program devised by Google, puts a context sensitive advert in front of your viewers. If you’re blog is all about fishing, then the adverts that you show will be about fishing. This technology is called contextual advertising. Genius huh? And when someone sees the advert and clicks on it you make money. How much you make depends on how much the click is worth and how many times the advert is clicked. Affiliate Sales
Instead of advertising, you can offer all your readers more. Solutions. Yes, you can offer them solutions. Where to get all the solutions? Open a new business?Sell something on the net? No. You dont have to create and sell your own products. You just have to help all the companies sell their services or products. As a return, you get a slice of the sale proceeds, sometimes up to 80%! Now this might sound complex but it’s not. There are many affiliate programs on the Internet – simply type ‘affiliate programs’ into Google and you’ll see what I mean.
Search (Google)
Searching can give you money??Sounds crap. But its true. You just read about Google’s Adsense program, well guess what – they have a search element to that program. Basically you can add a Google search box to your blog and when someone searches from your blog Google takes not of this and you are credited for any sales that result from your ‘assistance’. Again, the Google adsense program contains all the nitty gritty details so check them out.
Amazon Associates
What is associates? What is affiliates? What is the different between them. Associates is a program by Amazon that can be joined for free. You sell anything from this online store, and you will get commission. Associates program is quite different from any affiliates program. This is because Amazon has its technology called Amazon ECS (E-Commerce Service) which previously called AWS (Amazon Web Services). Amazon ECS provides software developers direct access to Amazon’s ever-growing technology platform and product data. Developers are empowered to innovate and build businesses by creating dynamic, highly-effective Web sites and Web applications.With this technology, people can buy Amazon products without have to open Amazon site in their browser. And if you’re good, people dont have to leave your site or blog to buy Amazon products.

ECS 4.0 provides access to images in all product categories, even for the newest product categories Amazon.com has launched.
All Customer Reviews associated with a Product
To further enhance the richness and merchandizing potential of Web sites and applications, ECS 4.0 allows developers to retrieve all customer reviews for a specific product. In addition, developers can request reviews written by a specific reviewer.
Extended Search
With ECS 4.0, developers can create applications with more complex search options than those available before. Previously, developers were limited to a simple keyword search. Now developers can build on the same functionality as Amazon.com’s “Advanced Search,†which allows searching by numerous attributes, including brand, price, and category.
Remote Shopping Cart
ECS 4.0 allows developers to add Amazon.com Shopping Cart functionality to their own Web site or application, including the “Save for Later†feature. With this Remote Shopping Cart functionality, developers can add items to an Amazon.com shopping cart and submit it to Amazon.com for check-out processing.
Amazon Wish List Search
ECS 4.0 makes this popular gifting feature easier and more compelling to use. Developers can now embed wish list search by name, email address, city, and state into their applications improving the user experience for their customers.
Precise Response Groups
ECS 4.0 introduces Response Groups; a new feature that allows developers to specify and retrieve only the information they want from Amazon.com. This approach is far more flexible, efficient, and application-friendly than the “lite” (some data) or “heavy” (more data) response types used previously. ECS 4.0 includes more than 30 response groups that developers can mix and match to get exactly the information they want.
Multi-Operation and Batch Interfaces
ECS 4.0 enables developers to input a single request and receive responses that include data from up to two operations, which means more data from fewer requests and faster application performance.
Detailed Error Messages
ECS 4.0 includes more specific information about request errors and provides troubleshooting guidelines. Previously, developers had little visibility into why their requests failed. Developers can even choose to receive error messages in Japanese.
Built-in Help Functionality
ECS 4.0 allows developers to access help information while working with the API’s, instead of referring to the separate SDK documentation guide. This feature will save time, be a useful a learning tool, and make it easier for third-party tool and Integrated Development Environment providers to integrate ECS 4.0 API’s into their software.
